Oil & Gas Transportation
In 1978 the analytical center for Sonatrach company was founded in Algeria under the management of Yuri Zoloev, the owner of Eurotech. Later, in 1984 the biggest gas-lift oil recovery project was realized on Samatlor and Fedorovskoe oil fields in Russia.
Previously these fields belonged to Glavtumenneftegaz and now they are owned by TNK-BP and Surgutneftegaz. The project included construction of 318 gas-manifolds with 8 wells for each, where we apply a unique technology for dry gas injection with inhibitor – methanol.
We also constructed 12 compressor stations and created a high efficiency 4-level control and management system for control gas injection to optimize oil recovery on these fields. The system was created for 200 millions t/y recovery. The system also controlled sub-complex for gas separation, treatment and drying, gas transportation and further processing, and also the energy infrastructure was controlled by the same system.
The project was realized with TECHNIP (France).
